Works great love being able to check on my cell phone as well changing the temp with my cell phone..

WiFi disconnects often . We have another unit on another floor and that one works seemlesssly.

The system would be perfect but the wifi connection seems to be offline. I would say in most cases it would be my wifi but I pay a hearty price to keep all our technology more then up to par. Thanks

Doesn't have many of the features including reporting such as the ecobee systems. Frustrating to connect to wifi as limitations in the ssid character set are ridiculous. Had to rename my ssid and change all my existing devices to reconnect.

The thermostat was already installed when I moved into my new place. The thermostat performs well in all areas except Geofencing. The Android app regularly logs my account off, which cause Geofencing not to function. Tech support fix had no effect
