Works good. Software drops some and have to resync when out of state..is touchy this way.and loses connection,etc

I love being able to use my phone to control and monitor my HVAC system. However, the temperature in the room does not respond quickly to the temperature set. I have two systems. One works great, the other not so much. Disappointed.

It was installed by the HVAC contractor as part of our new home construction. I love the WiFi capabilities and being able to adjust room temperatures without getting out of my chair. Also, being able to monitor it when Iâm not home.

Have had problems with WiFi connecting to thermostat since day of installation. Have never been able to connect via app on phone.
