Seems to working OK, But installation in Alaska presents some challenges with 30 degree temperature swings from morning to afternoon in the spring and fall. The HVAC system is fighting and overshooting When in the commercial building gets occupied

I like the geofence component of the thermostat, but Iâve noticed that the thermostat sometimes goes offline and the app dropped one of the thermostats in my house and I had to delete my account and add the thermostats to the app again.

Itâs unreliable. Frequently disconnects from the internet. Both of my thermostats disappeared from my phone app once. If I was out of the country I would not have been able to modify the temp. This is unacceptable. Never happened on my NEST.

The contractor didnât install my HVAC system to meet code. In addition, the touch screen of my thermostat seems to have problems.
