I love this Thermostat. It is simple to use and and it does not require you to be a rocket scientist to program it. The numbers are large enough to see without having to use a magnifying glass.
Technology has made this Thermostat so user friendly. I love the fact that I can control the unit from my phone and the geofence feature is amazing.
The technicians with Service Pros were great. The instillation was went quickly and with no problems. They took the time to instruct me about the equipment. Thank you so much.

Installed by my HVAC company in November, with no direction, I only recently noticed the wifi symbol. I was excited that it was a smart device and quickly figured out how to connect. I love being able to control the system from anywhere! It's usually my bed or the living room, but still. Not having to go to the wall unit feels like a gift to me.

Too expensive. My old one was easier to see and use but died after 10 years. This one works fine but I don’t need one that has all the bells and whistles that this one has.

The only complaint about the thermostat is that it does not update the usage to the app in a timely manner. Seems to run a day or 2 behind updating the data. It would be great if it could update several times a day,
