User manual makes assumptions about basic knowledge of user - eg - geofencing. If I turn it on I can adjust a zone but if I leave it off will I have an undefined zone or no WiFi or something else?

Not to user friendly, for someone that is not up to par with this tech world. a manual would be great. the one that came with it doesn't explain how to change things, like set temp or perm.

Very poor quality. We had a nest at our old house that was amazing the fit the feel and the app was flawless. New house has three zones all with Honeywell.The is spotty. Does not work well with Android. Wish I was able to purchase a different brand.

Disconnects from the WiFi regularly. Frustrating to try and control remotely through Smart Home apps.

Doesnât react with AC unit quickly enough. In fairness, not certain it is located in optimal location.

We are elderly folks and liked our previous thermostat better. This one is more than we will use. And, difficult for us to use.
