Its works really well when your wifi works. We had a problem with xfinity it took the technician almost 3 hrs to find the problem which ended up being at the street pole. The thermostat has been working well ever since.

Love the online app and being able to make updates after my kids think the have been slick and changed the temp.

The thermostat keeps going offline. The installer couldn't get it online in the first place and finally left and the Honeywell tech man called the next day and we got it to work finally. But now it is offline again and not working with the iPhone.

The e mail instructions do not match the app on the phone. I have been able to figure it out ok but it does lead to some confusion.

Iâm am an HVAC technician, and installed this on my in-laws system. Connectivity to internet was a pain. Heat pump lock out did not bring EM heat on, and now em heat option on app. So 64 degrees in there until manual switching to em at stat.
