It disconnects from my phone sometimes till I go manually and activate it from the thermostat.

Everything is great except that I wish it had more customizable options for schedules. It only has Wake, Away, Home and Sleep mode. = 4 settings for a day. I wish I can add in couple more.

Easy to use. It works better than my Nest That it replaced. I can't figure out how to add the second thermostat (for the second a/c unit) because the app does not indicate the model that is in use. Just saying it should be easier.

Works very well so far. Its a wifi unit which enables you to control the house temp from anywhere.

I love the The convenience of being able to use my cell phone to turn it up down on off, especiall when I have gone to bed and realized that I need to check the thermostat,and now I can just do it with my phone and I donât have to get out of bed.
