I like the ability to control my HVAC from almost anywhere. The parts of this thermostat I have used have been user friendly.

Constantly loses connection and then reads register online for outside temperature. I don't have anything that reads outside temp. Then it's a pain in the butt trying to connect back to Wifi.

It doesn't have a hold. I don't have a regular schedule and you can't tell it to go to a specific temperature at a specific time because it depends on if you are home or away. I would not recommend.

The thermostat is great easy to use the only disappointing thing is the Home and away future doesn't work as expected. The away future works great but the home feature does not work until I'm literally home instead of a quarter mile away.

when the change was made from Lyric to Honeywell my thermostat quit communicating with my phone. I had to have the contractor that installed it come out to reset the entire thing. not user friendly. working fine again now and I enjoy it.
