It's really nice being able to control it remotely, when I can. The unit loses connectivity quite often, and doesn't always let me know. This results in the air being on when I have turned it off, as well as different temps being on.

This is my first thermostat that can be controlled from my phone, so I am still in awe. It has been great. I love that it does not require batteries either.

This is a great added feature for when Iâm away and thinking, did I turn my thermostat down or when the kids are home and they turn the heat or the AC where it shouldnât be I can send it right back to my settings great product

Because the deadband cannot be adjusted, we had our contractor replace this with a venstar T7850.

Very hard to use I hate it heat comes on when I have the AC on if it gets below 66 I have it on cool it shouldn't do that and sometimes the fan won't shut off this thing is crazy
