With strong WiFi always on, the Honeywell home app continuously say that they are offline because the connection was lost. However, both thermostats show connected to WiFi and I can even ping them on my local network.

Works very well. It's so cool adjusting the settings with the app. There was no serial number for me to register the product.

My only issue with the product is not product related. I have a poor internet provider and that effects the performance of the product.

I love the thermostat. Very intuitive without instructions. Like that it works from my phone although since I'm home most of the time don't use that feature a lot.

The install of our first thermostat did not go well. The contractor did not know certain steps and Honeywell support was difficult to work with. Once the issues were resolved the second install went smoothly. Thermostats have worked well since then.

Had some internet WiFi issues, connecting to the unit. The Thermostat has worked wonderful since it has been installed. Question coming from the WIFI and it's connection to Honeywell, coming up on my phone?

I expected the thermostat to be somewhat smarter than it appears to be. If it could show that the furnace is burning, and if itâs at low fire or high fire would be nice. Also, the display defaults to show present temperature and time, not status.
