I was not home when my thermostat was installed and I did have difficulty connecting it to the internet and the app on my phone because I did not know how to turn off the data on my phone and the time was incorrect on the thermostat, once I figured

User Manual not very informative, especially with regard to the Lyric/Honeywell App. Thermostat broke after 5 months and had to have new one installed. Continuous issues - not connecting with App/Mobile Phone, especially when traveling.

I like the wifi connection and the ability to monitor and change the temperature from my smart phone. The Geofence is where I have a problem. It worked when I first set it up and I loved it. Now it only works sporadically and is not at all reliable.

The thermostat works very well. My primary complaint is the App. I get signed off the app and the Geo-fencing is inconsistent.

The Honeywell app sucks. It mislocates, has issues connecting even when the WiFi is working well. Iâll switch to Nest in the near future.
