This Honeywell thermostat is a blessing. The automation of it being a smart thermostat makes our days so much easier.

Great product. However, if there is no power to the actual air conditioner, the thermostat does not work. A fuse had blown and the thermostate would not display anything. Power to the thermostat should always be there.

The app needs some work. The weather for other days should be included and the app display color is so blah. The hours my system is running per week and month and of course compare it to last year.

When I was first told the new thermostat would be wifi, I thought, ah... I will never use a wifi thermostat. WRONG! I love it. I use it from bed, from work, from the road. I use it ALL THE TIME.

The thermostat constantly drops WiFi connection and won't reconnect unless you unplug it and plug it back in.

Thermostat is decent. The app however is not. Features of app and layout is good. The problem comes with it failing to communicate and it showing incorrect info about what mode it's in, what temp it's set to, and showing the heat is on after changing
