Having a lot of trouble keeping it connected to wi-fi and user manual information is very limited. Pretty dissatisfied so far. Could be user problems, but had hoped for better support.

The install of the phone app required extensive effort, time on the phone with your support, and a borrowed phone because your app wouldn't work on our Samsung phones. Not good!

We love being able to change our temps on heat and/or cool. I wish I would have done this sooner!

After having issues trying to install the wi-Fi app. I contacted Honeywell and they were able to walk me through it but for some reason we cannot get the warning light off so the warning light is still on I was told over time it may go away.

I have three of these in different houses. Two installed easily. The third one had some trouble and I waited on hold for an hour two separate times for technical support. When I did connect with them they did not seem knowledgeable. App has issues.

We had a Nest but decided to switch to the Honeywell with our new AC. Works great. Love that we can access it remotely.

I had issues in the past with employees changing thermostats/manually changing options. Now that we replaced all 4 zones there are no complaints from any employees and those who use to play with the settings were upset to be locked out. Works perfect
