Been over 30 days working with the installer to resolve why the devices show offline and are still not working. A disaster and wish I had not purchased them.

Solid Thermostat now works well. Software setup difficult, 1.required 2.4 GHz band. Mine 5 GHz. Separate SSID solved. The setup still did not work. Called 800 support and solved. Samsung Note 8 and Google Pixel 2.needed airport mode in setup.

I would rate this as 5 star if I could figure out how to change/SAVE settings from my mobile phone. I am at least able to change thermostat from my phone, just unable to save the daily times I want thermostat to automatically change.

It has been helpful for my wife because she has vision problems and she can change the temperature using SIRI and the ECO Dot,since she can't see the thermostat.

The thermostat hangs up sometimes, making it unusable- needs a power off the furnace completely to get it working again

It is the best! I can have my home all warm when returning from doctors appointments. Being able to just push a button on my phone.

The screen keeps flashing to register online. I have tegistered numerous times and that message wont go away. Additionally, it wont link with app even after following troubleshooting steps.
