It was already installed in the house we bought last August. We rarely use all of the programming functionality because there is always someone home but I did test it out when I recently downloaded the app to my phone and it works great.

As a HVAC contractor myself I purchased the tstat and installed it on my own house as a trial. It will randomly change settings and not even be close to my programmed set points. I do not like the user/install manual at all. Not user friendly.

My other Honeywell told us what the humidity level was in the house. I like that feature. Can this device do that? Otherwise, I like it.

This is an excellent product for the price. It's already paid for itself because we don't have to drive to church to turn the HVAC off. I would recommend paying attention to the 2GHz Wifi requirements otherwise look online for help. Great product!!!

I'll admit it, I am not a technologically gifted person. And the thermostat has been difficult for me to use. It took me and others several tries to link the thermostat to my phone and ipad. And the thermostat seems to have difficulty staying onli
