Easy to use. But the number of setback times allowed each day are unnecessarily limited. For example, you can’t “bump” the a/c down a degree at a time during the night — only four periods allowed each day, just like the old preprogrammed thermostats.

This is the second replacement thermostat that we have had to replace in the last 2 years. We have 4 thermostats in our newly built house, first one went out last year, and this is the second one to go out that needed replacement. I do admit that tech support is very helpful and I do like that I can control and view the them on my smart phone.
