As my contractor installed the thermostat. I installed the app and did the setup. The issue was it would not connect to wifi. I had to call Honeywell, and waited on hold for ~1 hour. Once I finally talked to Customer Support, it issue was fixed.

The setup procedure for wifi connectivity is overly complex and error prone. BTW, I have a BS and MS degree in computer science and have worked in telecommunications for 35 years.

Set up was a little difficult. Using your cell to tell the stat if you are in or out and using your cell to control.

I really like the ability to check and adjust the temperature in my home while I am away. User friendly too.

Easy to use and with apps geo fencing the home can start adjusting with out me instead of a hard schedule. Nicer then the previous zwave I had. With internet time setting after power drops is a thing of the past.

Needs more toys on the App like graphs of usage, temp. control, etc. For now it just adjusts your thermostat remotely and turns it off and on.
