I like the easy to use features and set up. However it came with purchase of my furnace, and occasionally has issues with my router. I don't know if it's caused by my router or the thermostat so I'll only give it 4 stars.

Spent about 3 hours so far trying to connect with my phone and getting cloud connection error. I will be seeking a different model.
