I work in the HVAC industry, and I can tell you that the thermostat itself is a decent device. The Android app, on the other hand, is horrible, especially when connecting to WiFi. You have to turn off mobile data for pairing to even work. Sad!

Not everyone uses Apple. Be nice if it was more android friendly for install purposes so we don't have to call support.
