Good thermostat Horrid app. Hard to sync 2 homes. App doesn’t save log in. Frequently have to re login. Lost 2nd home on the app and cannot get it back. Don’t have time for 2 days on hold with horrible music. The TC app for another home is great. Wish that was the solution instead of this resideo

Was OK for a year like a previous one, then tanks
on July 1, 2023

No longer gets the temperature down to its setting. Running about 3-5 degrees hotter than setting. Also stops working randomly and shuts off the AC. Have to turn it off and wait a bit for it to start it back up. Now I need to find a more reliable one.
