Thermostats works good. The app seems to have problems every couple of months that make it annoying to have to deal with

Totally amazing thermostat very reliable and very easy to use once you set up and you put it on your smartphone you will be amazed on how nice this thermostat works . I give this 10 stars

It will not stay connected to WiFi. I have reconnected it to WiFi several times and it will not stay connected

After less than 6 months already on my third unit. Both have had the WiFi transmitter fail on it. Luckily my ac contractor is a reputable outfit and is replacing them free of charge so far under their warranty and maintenance contract. Very unhappy.

Our new thermostat is probably a lot smarter than we are, but it is easy to schedule from my phone. I like having the option to set a schedule and just forget about it.

Donât know if the unit is defective but sometime I lower the temperature and doesnât go down

Works as advertised. Easy to navigate and modify. No need to ask your teen how to work it. Quick opening and function.
