Coming from a dual zone unit, I purchased this unit because I was told the Nest wouldnt work. I was told this unit would do everything my previous unit did, plus more. It does not. It does not even work with my phone or have an auto mode.

I recommend adding more help features for the physical connection installations and to help guide users through the various system questions required to set up the thermostat. I'm still not sure if I did this correctly.

my contractor had knee replacement and had complications and hasn't worked in a year and a half i've had the t6 for 2 years and has not worked properly since i had it inaccurate temp fan comes with system off have to turn breaker off to turn fan off

Instructions need major work. Not clear or intuitive to set up. Instructions and app not clear. Very basic options. Works fine once set up.
