Nice thermostat. Wifi is very consistent in keeping signal. Initially programmed incorrectly by HVAC technician but probably not Honeywell fault.

Good thermostat, easily WiFi programmed, the downside is no humidity display . Here in FL humidity control is essential, especially when your up north for the summer and want to set the temperature based on the humidity.

They die quickly.

Our home was built with two of these thermostats, one on each floor, controlling our heating and cooling systems. In less than three years, we have had three occurrences of these things spontaneously burning out (i.e., suddenly and permanently losing all functionality) one at a time and needing to be replaced. (We replaced the original ones as they burned out, and now the replacements are burning out.)
Our HVAC guy confirms that he does a lot of these replacements of this model because they simply burn out a lot.

Cannot rename the 4 timeslots provided. This makes management confusing when youre concerned with peak hours from power company as well as other conditions.
