I have had nothing but problems. It goes down frequently and I must drive to the home (85 miles), call Honeywell (45 minute wait on average) and have someone walk me through bringing it back online. Most times I am told the problem is their fault.

No automatic switching from cool to heat or heat to cool. Black and white display. Smartphone interface unintuitive and never sure it has worked correctly.

Easy to work seems to be a good product and installation with the contractor only took a few minutes set up seem to be very easy

Haven't had it for long and it being my first ever wi-fi thermostat, it took some getting used to. Things are falling into place and working well.

I had a contractor install for me.The same contractor installed the ac unit on my new home.He recommended the t6 model.I called and spoke to one of your technicians and he walked me though it .So far so good ð

5 days of calls with Honeywell to make fun fictional. Directions lacking detail/clarity.
