The set up was not user friendly . The instructions had little information . When i left town for a few days the app did not work outside 20 miles. I had to reinstall app and go through entire downloading process .

It's a smart thermostat, you can control it form your phone. I don't really see anything special in it. There is an option to geofence your house and change your thermostat depending on if you're home or not, but it rarely works.

Setting the unit up was a little tricky. When a problem was encountered the Android app had to restart from the beginning. Could have been me. Now that is complete, works great.

It has not worked properly from day 1. I have spent many hours trying to get it to sync and many hours on hold with customer service to only be told they are updating the app. It is awful!!

A little trouble install geofence but then contractor got it to work. Would also love to look at it on internet as well as app.
