Frequently goes offline. Usually ok again after few minutes. However, was offline 3-4days and it wouldn't allow to reset wifi. Finally pulled it off back plate, let it set couple minutes, and reattached. Was ok after that.

I donât like the only options are home or away. When Iâm home during the day I want the temp in the winter to be 65, at night 62, but during the evening while sitting around 68. This has only home or away then sleep.

I think thereâs somethings that need to improve. There was a night the thermostat wasnât working properly and kept turning on our furnace instead of our ac. We had to reboot it was a terrible experience at 1am.

My house is 48yrs old, and drafty. Most of the time, I feel like my system adequately controls the feel of the house, but sometimes, I feel like the house is colder than the temp on the thermostat.

Very user friendly and love the phone app -- so easy to work with. Wall unit has a great layout and design and setup was a breeze. Very happy so far with the features and usefulness.

The thermostat said that we could see the outdoor temperature after registering and I can't find it.
