Its difficult to hook up to internet and the new app is a bit difficult to use compared to the old app

I do like the thermostat and would have rated it 5 stars but the new improved App is far inferior to the first one I had. I am constsntly getting messages that it can’t connect with my thermostat and to check my WiFi

Ease of use and ability to control your indoor environment is exceptional. I am able to use my phone to do all of the necessary or desired adjustments via the app. Honeywell support is beyond exceptional.

Contractor had not enought knoledge about it, not working with backup System yet after 3 try. No french language available. No remote sensor available for far room.

It has disconnected from the internet on 2 occasions since installation about 1 month ago. This results in me having to go to th cottage, some distant away, to reset it. Don’t know if it’s the internet or the thermostat. Time will tell.

I am the contractor, I installed it. The first one gave me the radio error code for the WiFi not working. Second one is working but the app sends me notifications a few times a day saying it lost connection.
