I would have rated the product higher if the Geofence feature was working. So far it is not, and since we are not on site every day it makes it VERY inconvenient to be unable to set it or check it away from the thermostats.

The app works fantastic. Very pleased, nice looking, happy that the amount of light coming off thermostat can be adjusted.

The first one & second were installed by Synergy, the first was defective, would not register. The second one works but is finicky has trouble staying connected to phone. Don't know if it would have been my choice if not installed for free by PG&E

We continue to get an error message that neither us or the dealer can figure out or clear. The dealer is in the process of replacing the first unit since he believes it may be defective.

Lost the connection to our Google Home and have not been able to fix it. My husband needed the voice command because he us visually impaired. Not very happy about your app!

We had this thermostat installed at our cabin and I am going to be putting the same thermostat into my house because I love the ease of the thermostat.
