This was installed in a new house. I've been in the house 2 months with no problems.

One of the two thermostats works fine but the other one is constantly losing he connection to the internet....sometimes for hours at a time. When the thermostat is offline, I am unable to adjust the temperature settings remotely.

Beautiful on the wall, UI on device easy. UI on smart less so, but Honeywell sent out tips that covered things I did not figure out on my own. House seems more comfortable because the thermostat is so responsive.

I have three of these thermostats for my three different zones in the homes. I canât seem to get them all to remotely control thermostat.
