This products software needs some work, I should not have to fight with it to change the temp settings which I find frustrating. Example; when wanting to lower a temp setting manually, I change the number but just a few seconds later it goes back.

Loste 1 strar : no outside temp. on the thermostat , another one : no hight cost electricite sing and the last one for your english only. Trop chère.

We have only been in our new home since Sept 2018. It seems to be very user friendly, our first couple weeks, it seems to be working very well, synced to my husband's smartphone.ONE BIG QUESTION: DOES IT HAVE A BATTERY BACK-UP??

Works just ok with Honeywell app, refresh is too slow when you make changes. Will not work with home automation system.

I never thought I would use the WiFi capability, but I use it every day. Also have my vacation home on it.

Not impressed with the app. Used a nest previously and it was a lot more user friendly.

Very good product. I am a HONEYWELL employee who has installed a wide variety of thermostats and this one is very easy to install. The app is very easy to use and I love the âone app for everythingâ concept.

The device constantly goes offline. I purchased a second lyric for my upstairs and it took me 4 days to register the device in my account. I spent countless hours trying to register it over and over again. Too many bugs. I bought an ecobee instead.
