I like the way it lights up at a touch and easy programing on and off .I find that having it on my phone to manage control while away from home or in bed its been a convenience.

The app sucks. And it has an option that is defaulted to ON that starts the A/C hours earlier than you set. This results in much higher bills since SMUD charges 5x higher 5-8PM weekdays. AND this option is NOT available on the T6's display!

Works great, a little more involved setting up than my T5. Have both a T5 & T6 using HomeKit and itâs exactly what I need. Geofencing is great since I donât have predictable away schedule. Love remote sensor ability which I needed for upstairs.

It falls off the network a lot and requires WIFi to restart. It is the only device on the network having this issue. Other devices (tablets, PCs and phones) not having this issue with same WiFi.

The thermostat can be locked physically while standing it front of it. But, I have a rental property. I would prefer more management control remotely so that I can lock and unlock the thermostat remotely as can be done with Nest.
