Love my new thermostat. Very simple to use and no worries when I leave the house what the temp is set at. I always have access. When Wi-Fi is down I get sent notifications from thermostat letting me know.

Somewhat challenging to set the app on more than one phone. I would like to know why the exact same thermostat stopped working suddenly on one of the hottest days of the summer. The unit was only 2 years old. I had to hot wire the thermostat per instruction after speaking to customer service to get the AC on

Please make sure that it is connected to a 2.4 GHz only network and that your phone with the app is also connected to Wi-Fi or using mobile data.
