I'm able to connect my phone and my wife's phone to the thermostat in the living room. I can connect my phone to the one up stairs but not my wife's phone. The thermostat says it's registered to another phone.

I love this thermostat, When I get close to home It automatically goes to my home settings and the house is comfy cozy when I come in the door. Very easy to use and simple to operate.

Since leaving our second home last week I have not been able to monitor the temp or function. When I open the App it says system offline.

Installation instructions offered don't work as there are important steps not addressed i.e. skipped necessitating a call to technical support. Waste of resources.

Very unlikely I would recommend this product. The app is not intuitive and lacks functionality. It disconnected from my thermostats randomly and the security features are super annoying. You have serious work to make this a machine I would recommend.

Very nice to be able to control my thermostat from anywhere with my phone app can even turn the temperature however I want it if I get cold in bed at night without having to get up or make it cooler if Iâm warm !
