the thermostat is fine, the application is among the worst I've ever seen and your support just closes the case even after I email them telling them not to.

WiFi power went down for a couple of hours during a storm. Since then have not been able to reset to WiFi and sync to my phone.

Thermostat wonât go lower than 67 and the wireless option stopped working and canât be reset. Waiting for my tech to come fix it or replace it.

When I leave the house the unit will disconnect and will not reconnect when I come back. I have to reprogram the system every time I use it on my phone. Was installed with my new home

Contractor had alot of trouble syncing the thermostat with the wifi. Found out it had to do with the output difference from Mediacom. Sice then it has been great.
