This came with a new home purchase, and it's been working fine. I've used a few Honeywell products in the past and had no issues. So many negative reviews because it depends on how it was installed and how familiar you are with smart devices I suppose. App also works fine for me and I used it with Google Home.

A little expensive for my liking but it is a really nice thermostat. I do like the fact I can set temperature for heating or cooling from remote areas (like my recliner) with my phone.
