The thermostat itself is fine. The 'smart' experience has been less than fine. Adding my 2 new thermostats to 2 phones was EXTREMELY painful. The setup kept aborting at different places in the process. I still have occasional connection issues.

Installed 2 years past. Worked well until 3/4 months past. Would not follow schedule. Replaced, new unit same problem

The software is horrid! The manual is inadequate and does not provide a clue as to how the s/w works. I mean the s/w does function but to find how to do what you want is difficult. Things like hitting the name of your unit to pull up hidden menus whe

I love the convenience of easily having full control of the thermostat through the app on my cell, whether at home or away. My favorite feature is the screen lock, so others canât change your thermostat settings. Easy to use. Great product!

I am not impressed by this product. I have a whole story I can tell you about my not stellar experience, but this review field is limited on word count. I will be making my installer put my Nest back in. Will not recommend to anyone I know.

Wireless connection dropped constantly on one thermostat. Then another thermostat. Had it replaced. Same thing. Honeywell upgrades their app. Still happened. Reset it. Still happened. Finally had it replaced with ecobee. Not one problem yet in 2 week
