I like the ease of the app and to be able to control my house environment at any time. Just wish I could figure out how to connect it to my google assistant.

Install and setup no problem. Note IPhone and Android setup was a little different.

I've only had the product for less than a week so I can't give it 5 stars yet. It is working well. One draw back is that for the best performance it has to be connected, in my case, to the Wifi router, something that I wasn't told and not used to.

Not reliable. Often offline. Donât use geolocation or family members at home with be hot!

Readability of display is awful. I have to adjust it constantly. In the past I've like honeywell but this thermostat sucks. The app is ok. It's brand new and I've been shopping for a different thermostat already

We are on our third thermostat and it is not registering correctly causing our A/C to run more than it should. We had progressive come out and wire a different brand thermostat in and it ran flawlessly, as soon as the Honeywell was back issues start.

Had 2 installed by my HVAC contractor in new construction project. One of the originals failed in the first week and had to be replaced. Both have trouble connecting to the wireless network (getting IP address from DHCP), work w static IPs.

It would be beneficial to know how many hours the heat and cooling actually runs per month. ie data log for w1 and y1...even g.
