We are having a problem with the time on the unit. I have it set for night time hours to morning, and the unit is turning down an hour earlier than set. Do you have any suggestions on how we can fix this? Thank you ~ love the unit though!!!!

The online service to connect to the thermostat seems to have routine issues, preventing access. It was down for 3 days while the contractor and I tried to register the thermostat and get it connected, and since then only 3-5 days it's been online.

So easy to use! I love that I can adjust while away and the automatic 2 mile radius that begins to cool down before I get home.

It is quite convenient to be able to control my thermostat from my phone both home and away. However, the Geofencing function does not seem to allow more than one device to be synced.

Love the app and the T6. I needed to program it since the contractor couldn't. I did and I am so happy with it!

I cannot manage timing outside of schedule i.e. work for 30 minutes to whatever time 30 minutes from now and shutdown. Itâs very useful when you go to bed and want to turn off your AC for the rest of the night.
