Good product although the server disconnects from time to time. Functions well and like integration with Alexa and HomeKit

Smart thermostat app is not very good ... not user friendly and does not consistently connect . As a result you have user frustration and poor feedback on your product.

This was part of a goverment program so I didn't have to pay for it but it is the moast awsome thing ever. If I feel a little cill I just pick up my IPad and I can bumb up the temp.

One thing I've noticed is that there can be a noticeable delay from the time I manually increase the temperature to when the heat actually turns back on. Also it would be nice if the geofence had the option of a smaller radius.
