The T6 loses contact with my home wifi at least once a week for no reason. I just got a message while I was typing it. The home/away logic needs more options, my 3M wifi was much better. It requires constant interaction and lacks reports.

Great product all in all! The only frustration is that I could not program them unless I downloaded the app and had wifi up and running in our new house. For someone who likes to keep my phone simple, this is frustrating to not have the choice.

Sometimes the connection goes out with the app even though itâs connected to WiFi. They need to fix the app

Is not getting the geofence when Iâm away, unless I sign in, I have to sign in when gone and when coming back

This product could be so much better. The only options available are a daily schedule or a morning/night, home/away schedule with geofencing. Why not provide more options. I like different settings for weekdays versus weekends & geofencing.

Very much like the thermostat and think itâs great to control temp when away from home. Only issue Iâm having is with the app on my phone. Worked up until the point I was logged out. Now having a very difficult time getting back in.
