3-5 times a week either or both of my thermostats temporarily loose their connection with my wireless network. No changes have occurred, no power outages, no new devises added to the network no logical reason for the loss of connection.

the majority of the time the unit does not work. Constantly needing to be reprogrammed.

My basement is super cold and my bedroom is hot. We have to keep the temperature pretty low to be comfortable. The thermostat didnât come with a room sensor. I will change my rating if you can send me one.

The occasional WiFi connection issue is the only con but it is a major one because it is impossible to fix remotely. Therefore the unit is useless if owner is out of town and the WiFi connection fails/drops.
