The contractor couldnât finish setting up my thermostat after he installed it. The process to set up the device is not real user friendly so Iâm glad Iâve set up a system like this before. The system takes some getting used to and the Geofence

I was not happy to learn that the app would not connect with my galaxy s7. I found it awkward to have to borrow an apple phone to finish the connection. I had numerous contacts with honeywell and their last advice was to use an apple phone.

The thermostat works fine and I am happy with it, but I am disappointed that you canât run the thermostat from more than one device.

Location based functions only work intermittently. Although I've got my phone set up to use location at all time with the Honeywell app, I constantly have to log onto the app again. Setup easy. App could use improvements.

I love it that I can turn on my heat on my way home from being away. I can now come home to a warm home. Love the control!

Overall great product and value. Only issue was Wifi isetup. Had to go through the initialization steps 2 or 3 times to get it to connect tand synch to the network and phone app. Guide should state this as I was ready to return it.

This replaced a three year old Honeywell programmable which was much more user friendly. I dislike the geofence and the way you have to set for vacation.
