After the installation it is so easy & convenient to check or change our home temperature with the App on our cell phones. Gives us peace of mind.

It works but the iOS app constantly asks me to turn on my proximity settings. I say no but it asks again and again. It also loses connection to the app sometimes. I used to have a NEST and never had those issues.

Confusing to link app with thermostat. I thought there would be more functionality in the app, especially given how convoluted it was to install. Also thought I could get access on my laptop, but that does not seem to be available

Love the product, so far. But the app needs some work, as it is very clunky, especially when having multiple units and having to toggle between them by going back to home each time instead of being able to see both on the same home screen.
