Have not had it very long but so far so good. When we are away for 6 months will be able to tell you if it worked like it should.

Itâs simple to use and I like that it tells me when my wifi goes out. I had to get new equipment installed thanks to a message I kept receiving.

We weren't told it required dedicated internet/Wi-Fi. It's at a cabin and the only internet/Wi-Fi we have is when we are physically there and turn on a hotspot. We can't use it for remote programming and wouldn't have bought it if we'd known.
