I have two of these units on upstairs and another downstairs. The downstairs one works great, however the upstairs unit constantly loses wifi connection, even though it is much closer to the router/ap. I have gone through about 3 different wifi router also tried to split the different frequencies into different networks 2.4 and 5 ghz keeping the iot devices on 2.4 but still no luck. I't love to be able to use this to its fullest potential but I have just about given up on that.

The thermostat appears to work just fine. That is, if you get the thing programmed. It is confusing and amazingly complex to program. Not sure why it is so confusing and difficult to program. I would think a simple programming should be a major asset for this thermostat.

Easy to setup the heating schedules and WIFI APP. The only disadvantage is my thermostat does not have the battery backup. Thus, all the heating schedules will have to be reprogrammed once there is a power failure on the system.
