It's fine, wish it had a manual way to set the schedule. I'd rather not have to be required to use the app to set schedules.

Overall the thermostat is fine and works well. My issue is really that the UI/UX on both the Thermostat and the mobile app is confusing, clumsy, and not very intuitive.

Switch from The Nest to Honeywell- So Far So Good!

We just changed from The Nest to the Honeywell Thermostat. So we have not gone through a whole year yet -- I like that I can adjust the temp from my phone. I really have not used the wall yet so I can not comment on all the features that it has to offer. I am a real simple user. However, when I set the time for the heat to increase-- -- it goes on about 35 minutes before the set time. I think that is weird. And the furnace keeps on going on during the designated time. My furnace vendor said it is because the thermostat 'senses' the degree and is about to drop. This is very weird to me.
But overall no issues otherwise.

Primitive functionality. Send notifications around 3 am because Resideo cannot contact my thermostat. Internet is down at that time. Why are you snooping around my thermostat at that hour? The thermostat controls the heat as directed by me. Leave it alone.

After downloading the Resideo app, I was able to get it integrated with the iOS Home app and it works great with Siri. The Resideoapp does override so your Scheduling has to be done in that app, and it would be handier to do all in one app but it’s still a really good smart thermostat.
