I love my thermostat! So very easy to use. Love the touch panel. I can easily change the temperature as needed. I recently used your helpline to activate the app on my smartphone. The tech was so helpful and walked me through the entire process.

...I got this to keep tabs on a property 1200 miles away. How am I supposed to do that when there is an 8 step process to reconnect (often!) including physically messing with it. Make it like a smart phone and I may get more. ..but not now.

There is no Desktop App like other Honeywell wireless thermostats. Not everyone likes a mobile app as the only choice. Painful!

The product disconnects from our internet frequently and also although one of the phones connected to the thermostat remained in the house the system went to the away setting when one phone crossed the geofence.

Could not do the set up because I had a Samsung Galaxy. Even though I could get the app through the play store I had to use my ipad to do the initial setup. Other than that it works good.
