Great product! I like that you can see your temperature inside your house right from your phone. As long as your internet connection is working and your t-stat stays connected, it's great.

Our air conditioner company suggested we buy this then nobody knew how to program it. It is too complicated! I don't need all the features but don't know how to make it simple. Sometimes the heat doesn't come on and I have no idea why.

The thermostat is extremely complicated and difficult to use. I had to have the contractor return multiple times before they could get all of the settings correct and so that I could understand how to use this ridiculously complex piece of equipment

It is not as intuitive as the Carrier thermostat that it replaced. And not all of the features are available unless you connect the thermostat with your phone (which is also no easy task) and your phone must have a newer version of Android(like 9).

Extremely user friendly and easy to use. Was able to add the app to my phone and control my thermostat within 5 minutes. Also able to add it to my SmartThings app so that my thermostat could be set to my home and away schedule. Clean looking.

Decided to add this product after our heat went out and pipes froze and burst at our remote cabin in northern Minnesota. Had the product 3 weeks. So nice to be able to see and control the temperature now!
