Love this thermostat and the features. Nice to be able to control heat/cooling while away from home.

The thermostat continually loses connection to WIFI and I get an error message at least once a day about this.

Your app on the iPhone X is horrible. It forgets my password all the time and has no option to remember my password. The thermostat works fine, but the app is garbage. Please improve it

I am happy with the ability to control the thermostat with an app. However on 1-2 occasions when I had it set for 74-75 it automatically went down to a setting of 71. I am wondering why this happened so I check it regularly.

Weâve only had this for about two months but so far works great, easy to set up, easy to change settings and the app is very easy to use. Really like the three fan settings, Auto, Circulate, and On

The product is not a bad product, however when it cones to thr app , it is no very good. It disconets from the WiFi by itself, and you canât control the uptairs and downstairs thermostat, but it rather controls an standard setting .

At first it was great. It worked well with the app without any problems. Then, I changed my internet provider, and since then it won't connect with my internet or my phone. It's terrible. I've tried over and over to restart it, and reconnect it.
