While I gave this product a 5, that is mostly based on predicting the future. I have only had the unit for 2 weeks, and have not attempted to program it as of yet. But I do love being able to access the unit on line!!

Works great, I may be dense, but set-up instructions were a little hard to understand. I also keep getting message on my iPhone that say Honeywell having trouble connecting. I don't know what this means as I can connect just fine.

I have two units in my house. Both were easy to install the application and add the devices. They are easy to operate on-line an on the wall. I like that I can check the status of my house temperature when I am away. Love the thermostats and the app.

The geofence randomly would turn itself on and off so I disabled it. However, it still turns itself on and off, I can't shut off

It took a few tries at first to figure it out. Now that I have the hang of it I love it. I just ask alexa for the temp. in a room and I get it, or to change the settings on the thermostat she does it. I don't have to get up each time now.
