Although my router shows the Thermostat in the device list and I can ping the device it will from time to time be unavailable in the phone app. The problem is not in the network but with the WiFi in the thermostat. Most often it comes back.

The thermostat is fairly difficult to navigate when trying to do it on the wall. Once I installed the phone app, it was easier to explore and understand how it actually worked

Lacks information like humidity readings when using the application. Nest seems to offer more.
