The thermostat and the app on my phone never sync up. They almost always show different temperatures.

Automatically switches between heat pump/propane

The best thing about this thermostat is that it automatically switches back and forth from heat pump to propane and I don't have to do it manually. Also, the screen is not lit up 24/7.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had this about 2 years. Won't connect to my Google Wi-Fi system. Total junk won't buy Honeywell again.

The thermostat portion works fine however, I’m disappointed that I’ve set up the app on my phone several times and still only have access to lowering or raising temperature. The full features keep clearing out.. The reason for spending extra on it was to have it automatically change from heat to cool according to settings and temperature and having access to the app on my phone.. Failed..
