App(s) are confusing, two separate passwords for Honeywell.com and the app, my device was randomly deleted from account one day and had to completely reset everything.

Horrid to setup the WIFI as my phone kept disconnecting since it couldn't detect internet on the WIFI despite me turning off any settings on my phone to try to keep it connected. Now a few weeks later, the WIFI isn't working at all!
